Proofing - - Each job is provided proofing for all details to guarantee all details and data are in right way. For complex jobs, proof approval can be providec step by step if necessary. Production - - Production is the key for quality guarantee. Hereby, quality inspection is impenetrated in the whole production process via professional technicians and inspectors. Process Tracing - - Each job is assigned a professional manager to guarantee day-to-day update. We are establishing an automatic tracing system, the customers can trace the process via internet conveniently and in real-time way once the system is opened to the customers in 2007. Inpection - All process is manged and inspected carefully. Full inspection is done before despatching. Despatch - - We have professional staffs for customs files & shipments, and own long-term coopreation forwarders for delivery, including express way, air freight, sea freight and usual mailing. We also provice dot-to-dot service for importers to avoid troubles by transferring delivery. Proposal & Complaint - - All proposal from customers are welcome for us. In case products are not suitable for propose or requirements, we provide 180days Period of validity.
